Tops

“Parc Asterix”, an amusement park and resort centered around the cartoon characters “Asterix and Obelix”, with the main theme being Romans and Gauls. Just 35 km from Paris, you can discover this top park.

Fun attractions for young and old, with wet water attractions, super fun roller coasters et top shows. Top coasters here are “Tonerre 2 Zeus”, “Oziris” and “Pégasus Express”.

Even if your French is not good, don’t miss the shows. The custom show “Gaulois-Romains: Le Match” in the arena is super fun and the show for kids with real animals “Du Rififi dans la basse-cour” is actually super for the whole family. They also play the top show “Main basse sur la Joconde” again, this show is really not to be missed! This show was awarded numerous prizes.

If you have never visited this park, don’t hesitate for a second and book your tickets or your stay at “Parc Asterix” for an unforgettable moment!

Tips

Painful rollercoaster : “Goudurix”. Terribly painful even!
4D cinema : “Attention Menhir!” The BEST 4D cinema that we have ever seen. We have seen massively many, but this one is of exceptional quality and the effects are top notch!
If you want to see a show and have good seats, be there at least 20 minutes in advance.
Rollercoaster “Tonerre 2 Zeus”. TIP : if you want to experience the rollercoaster ride backwards, you can. Then be sure to book your seat in time (see app Asterix Parc).
We ate in several restaurants but if you are here in this park, definitely try to book “Le Banquet Gaulois”. Top for the whole family and guaranteed unforgettable moments. For more information click on the Review button of the restaurant you want to visit.
We stayed at hotel “Les Trois Hiboux” and at “La Cité Suspendue”, each distinct in style and atmosphere. TIP : “Les Trois Hiboux” is the only hotel without air conditioning! For more information, click on the Review button of the hotel you want to visit.
