If you’re at Parc Asterix, you shouldn’t hesitate about this (except maybe about the price of this buffet, but you won’t find an atmosphere like this everywhere). More than recommended, Le Banquet Gaulois is a unique experience for young and old. Meeting personnages, nice music, atmosphere, conviviality, etc….

The price you pay is all-in, you don’t pay a penny more for a fat 1h30 of table and entertainment fun. You start with an aperitif in a horn when you enter, and end with a very original dessert. The buffets are filled with meat and fish, cold and hot dishes. Is it top quality? No, certainly not. Is it unique? Absolutely!

TIP : we were here during a heat wave. Nie ideal as there are not many shaded areas. The cold buffets were also hard to keep cool but it was also 38.6 degrees then. In hot weather, best to eat as late as possible.
