Van der Valk hotel Emmen is located in the polders at the city outskirts of Emmen.
Ample free parking. The building in itself seems a bit outdated but once inside it is really modern. Friendliness at the reception could be much better (unfortunately).
The rooms themselves are clean but a bit on the gloomy side que decoration and color. Spacious rooms.
Atmospheric restaurant. Simple cuisine, but honest (price-quality certainly good). The mixed grill was a little less tasty (dry and overcooked). Very friendly room staff!
Large and well maintained swimming pool.
