Located 2 minutes from the theme park “Walibi Belgium”. Ample parking (free), modern interior (better than the former Leonardo hotel), sleek and sober interior. Clean and well-maintained public areas. Spacious rooms, well maintained.
Furthermore, the hotel has an outdoor area with an outdoor swimming pool. If you ask us, not cozy at all. Bar and restaurant on the expensive side and since the austerity of the interior everything seems empty and you don’t feel like staying for dinner or sitting in the bar.
Super tip? We have tested 3 restaurants in Wavre ourselves. We are not going to describe them in detail here, but the 3 restaurants are a 5-minute drive from the hotel to Wavre center. We have eaten 3 times well in 3 different atmospheres: the Italian restaurant “Eatalia”, the brasserie “Maxime” and the atmospheric café “Schievelavabo”.
