Located a 10-minute drive from GaiaZoo, this hotel is an oasis of tranquility. Large parking lot (free), beautiful pond, beautiful farm with courtyard, nice and quiet sitting on the terrace of the restaurant. The rooms are not so big, clean, but very soberly furnished. No air con, no elevator.
On arrival we had booked a certain room type. The receptionist, who also had to help in the restaurant, was apparently not pleased with this. The communication and the service was very sloppy. She clearly didn’t feel like it and we had to ask everything about the menu and the menu options. We ordered, they forgot certain dishes and drinks, which suddenly made the total experience very negative. Unfortunately, because the location and the restaurant is pleasant to stay.
Price/quality of the food in general was ok. Some dishes little, sauce of the pork tenderloin was too thick and not tasty, Liège balls was a decoction of the original (it wasn’t bad, but it could be better)
