Although they show that the hotel is 15 minutes on foot from the parks, you still have to take double the time to get there. After the attacks in Paris, there are some checkpoints that you have to go through and if there are a lot of people, you can wait quite a bit.
Attractive hotel, everything in brown wooden tones and especially the beautiful large trees (sequoia trees) give a real holiday feeling. Ample free parking in front of the door, large public areas in the hotel because yes, many people can stay here. Cozy bar.
The room was clean, but a bit outdated and back that dark atmosphere in the room. The view we had was less (see photo).
The restaurant “Hunter’s Grill and Beaver Creek Tavern” was a buffet while we were there. We thought it was pricey, price / quality not okay, there was also a lot of people, everything was dirty, almost nothing was added to the buffet and the choice for the main courses was limited and not tasteful. Regrettable…
Great about this hotel is the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, located right next to the hotel (you have to go outside to go to the pool). It is really nicely decorated.
