As a family-run 4-star private hotel, we have attached great importance to first-class service, maximum comfort and attention to detail since 1902. Our 118 mostly renovated rooms are equipped with the latest technology; For example, HD TVs, Sky Access, air conditioning and high-speed WiFi, as well as an original room concept and convey a home-away-from-home experience through their sophisticated furnishings.
Between our visit to “Zoo Karlsruhe” (30 minutes from the hotel) and the amusement park “Tripsdrill” (40 minutes from the hotel) we stayed in this Best Western, located just at the exit of a major main road. Ample parking next to the hotel, large terrace ideal in good weather and no noise from the main road.
Spacious rooms (with air conditioning), very clean and well maintained, modern. The public areas, corridors, reception, toilets, bar and restaurant are also in perfect order.
In terms of conviviality, the bar is a bit less cozy and the restaurant is really typically a hotel restaurant. Small menu but very well kept, slightly more pricey, but everything was good in terms of taste. More than correct. Staff was also very friendly (a little less at the reception on the other hand).
