Have you had enough of the vibrant life in Amnéville? Then find some peace and quiet in the “Aquarium d’Amnéville”. You first start in the outdoor area where you will find, among other things, a small Japanese garden where you can feed the koi fish and turtles yourself. You will also find a small exhibition about sharks. For children (but also for adults) there are the walking paths where you have to smell and guess herbs and others. Very interesting (and difficult). The inner part contains a nice collection of very bizarre fish. The tropical part is also fun. This aquarium is worth a visit …

Tips

To find the aquarium you can park in the main car park of Amnéville (free), there is a street to the left of the Mac Donald. At the end of this street you can go left, then you are in the “Zoo d’Amnéville”, go right you will find the aquarium.
They have a great collection of really bizarre fish here!
Some zones could be better cared for, but the aquarium is definitely worth a visit.
Please do not forget to visit the “Zoo of Amnéville”. It is one of the top 5 best zoos in France! Our TIP is therefore, travel to Amnéville in the late afternoon, visit the “Aquarium d’Amnéville”, eat something in the many restaurants in the area (note: there are many tourist places where you unfortunately eat badly), spend the night in one of the many hotels in the area, and visit the “Zoo of Amnéville” the day after. Count on a large full visit day because the zoo is huge!
