Tested new self-service buffet restaurant area at the back. Nicely renovated, but no atmosphere at all, no theme (a poster of the Flemish polders vs. sea theme?). You can also sit outside at the fast food section. So here you can choose between a number of dishes. On the salad bar during our visit there was just some sliced tomatoes and lettuce with sauce, that’s all. We tried the “balls in tomato sauce”. Tasteless hard meatballs with heavy mushy/sticky tomato sauce with hard/dried out and lukewarm chips. All this at good prices and the drinks are very expensive compared to other parks in the area!
