“De Zonnegloed Wild Animal Sanctuary” is a small but beautiful animal park. It already starts with an attractive entrance. You immediately feel (and see) that this family takes great care of their park and their animals. Nice hiking trails and animal enclosures. And indeed, you will not find the most beautiful animals here compared to a zoo or other animal park, but these animals here were saved or taken away due to animal-unfriendly conditions. “De Zonnegloed” offers them a second life, which is a fantastic initiative in itself.
